Nubaria Gas

Nubaria Gas main activity is to supply Natural Gas to Nubaria Power Station comprising four gas turbines, with a total consumption reaching 6.8 MM M3 of NG per day. The power station also includes two steam turbines that utilizes the waste heat of the gas turbines in a combined cycle for power generation.

In order to transport Natural Gas from Tanta to Nubaria, the project extends a 43-kilometer, 24-inch, high-pressure, 70-bar steel pipeline, crossing over three governorates in Egypt.

Considered one of the largest power generations projects in Egypt, Nubaria power plant has added a third module with an extra 750 MW to reach a total power output of 2,225 MW and a total produce of 10.2 MM M3 Natural Gas per day.
